Tanks action ruined by sticking flippers

Great gameplay would be possible on IOS 9.2 if flippers were controlable. R flipper often blocks & L flipper less so. Am beginning to think Pinball apps (yours & Farsight) are maladapted to I-Pad.
CAN YOU NOT FIX THIS BLOCKING R. FLIPPER? When you do, it Will be 5 stars.
